The method involves placing a tree leaf, leaf of fern, leaf of plant and reproduction of the leaf in a mold, and depositing a concrete or adapted material in the mold. The concrete or adapted material is hardened so as to be impressed on a surface of a tile to obtain a pattern constituted by impressions of the leaf and impressions of the reproduction of the leaf, where the leaf or reproduction of the leaf is fully or partially represented. A part of the leaf and a part of the leaf reproduction form an integral part of the utilized mold. An independent claim is also included for a decorated tile comprising impressions.
