The system has a retailer (20) i.e. Internet site and a provider (40) connected to a technical platform (30) via terminals e.g. electronic payment terminals. The platform generates and transmits summary order, payment receipt and secret code to a payer client (10) via one of the terminals. The platform transmits a purchase order to the provider via another terminal. The client (10) transmits the code to a recipient client (50). The client (50) transmits the code to the platform via the latter terminal of provider. The platform identifies the client (50) receiving the order from the provider.
