The device e.g. reversed tongue trapper teat, has a sealed cavity (2) with variable shape and dimensions, with flexible rigid or semi-rigid wall and two flexible compartments (3), where suction or pressure exerted on one of the compartments driving the air creates a vacuum within the cavity and allows external reduction of an anterior part of tongue by suction cup effect. A halo (1) is applied against an external surface of a lip or in vestibular level of an external surface of the dental arches.
