PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for selecting an optimal coding scheme to more increase system capacity in a mobile communication system for which any coding scheme is selected.;SOLUTION: A transmission apparatus 10 includes: a reception quality calculator 120 for calculating a reception quality at a receiving side to receive transmission information; a storage 100 for storing information indicative of a relationship between an error rate for each coding scheme and the reception quality correspondingly to the number of allocation resources and the number of times of H-ARQ transmissions; a coding selector 130 in which, when the number of allocation resources and the reception quality are obtained, the information stored in the storage section 100 is referenced to select one coding scheme which meets the predetermined error rate and maximizes transmission efficiency; a coder 154 for coding the transmission information allocated to radio resources according to the coding scheme selected by the coding selector 130; a modulator 152 for modulating the information coded by the coder 154; and a transmitter 150 for transmitting the information modulated by the modulator 152.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
