PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyphenol-containing granule or a polyphenol-containing chewable tablet in which condensed polyphenole or the monomer thereof having strong bitterness, astringency and vegetable smell is made tasteless and odorless without changing its chemical structure. PSOLUTION: The polyphenol-containing granule or the polyphenol-containing chewable tablet contains condensed polyphenol or the monomer thereof, and a water-soluble cellulose derivative.
