PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of charging powder in powder supplier and a method of reusing the powder supplier that can suppress a noise during use of a developing device.;SOLUTION: Toner which is much enough to be above a reverse-surface height TD of a first rotating member 56 and a second rotating member 62 at the start of use of the developing device 10 is charged in a housing 16 at toner charging time. Consequently, flexible areas at free ends of a first agitating and conveying film 58 and a second agitating and conveying film 64 are loaded by the toner in the housing 16 for at least more than a half of one rotation of a rotating member from the start of use of the developing device 10. The first agitating and conveying film 58 and second agitating and conveying film 64 naturally curve before the toner in the housing 16 is all consumed, and then the first agitating and conveying film 58 and second agitating and conveying film film 64 decrease in acceleration at free-end sides after passing through the charging area of the toner to make a noise small when coming into contact with an internal wall of the housing 16.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
