A method for treatment of the syndrome of intracranial hypertensia at preoperation and postoperative stage at brain tumours in children of younger age by means of monitoring of intracranial pressure using external ventriculostomy which is a method for treatment of the intracranial hypertensia syndrome. For more precise and adequate correction of intracranial pressure a system for external ventriculostomy is used with monitoring of intracranial pressure parameters, estimation of intracranial pressure and its correction in any time interval.
