Provided is a transaction adjustment system in which a buyer who cannot own a credit card can easily carry out a credit assurance at a store or the like and makes the buyer to be able to pay the shortage of an advance payment amount later.  A transaction adjustment system is comprised of an advance payment money entry device that manages buyer’s advance payment; a transaction management server that has a memory means for storing a buyer’s living body information associated with the advance payment amount information that has been paid; and an adjustment device that, when receiving the transaction amount information and the buyer’s living body information, accesses a transaction management server to acquire the advance payment amount information that the buyer has already paid, judges whether or not the advance payment is possible in accordance with the advance payment amount information and the transaction amount, and starts the advance payment transaction followed by the post payment transaction for the shortage money amount non-conditionally or when a predetermined permission condition is satisfied in the case where the full amount of advance payment is not possible.
