PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a functional door rock plate is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost by using an inexpensive steel plate and to minimize the defective ratio.;CONSTITUTION: In a manufacturing method of a functional door rock plate, an in-plate and a casing in-plate are made of an inexpensive steel plate and are processed by applying a cast press method. An in-plate member is formed by being fitted in the casing in-plate after attaching a latch unit fixing stick and a stick connecting guide pipe to the bottom edge of the inner circumference of the in-plate. An out-plate(20) and a casing out-plate(22) is formed by press-processing a steel plate. An out-plate member(23) is formed by being fitted in the casing out-plate after attaching a plate connecting stick to the bottom edge of the inner circumference of the out-plate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
