PURPOSE: A method for constructing geographic information based on multi-dimensional information capable of recording surface information and facility temporal information is provided to construct accurate geographic information by checking accuracy of digital numeric information in a GIS server.;CONSTITUTION: A control part(150) of a terminal device(100) stores a start position temporarily by a touch screen panel(140). The control part of the terminal device temporarily stores a middle position. The control part of the terminal device temporarily stores an end position. The control part of the terminal device transmits additional numeric information to the outside by a transceiver part(160). A control part(220) of a GIS server(200) receives the additional numeric information by a transceiver part(210) of the GIS server. The control part of the GIS server corrects basic numerical information by the additional numeric information. The control part of the GIS server temporarily stores the corrected numerical information. The control part of the GIS server outputs a menu through an input/output part(240).
