PURPOSE: A virtual university using an RFID technology and artificial intelligence is provided to implement learning by level by controlling a lecture level through a neural network.;CONSTITUTION: Plural RFID(Radio Frequency Identification System) cards(10) includes identification information of a student. An RFID reader(20) performs the reading, writing and encryption of the identification information in a remote lecture room. A person authentication system(30) includes biometric recognition system and an image recognition system, and an academic affair management server(40) issues a grade result and provides test information.
