GAS COMPRESSOR WITH AN INLET GUIDE VANE, CAPABLE OF ADJUSTING THE FLOW RATE OF GAS FLOWING INTO AN IMPELLER DEPENDING ON A ROTATING ANGLE

PURPOSE: A gas compressor with an inlet guide vane is provided to simplify the mechanical construction of a vane driving part varying the rotating angle of a vane, to reduce the total weight and to precisely adjust the flow rate of an impeller by controlling the rotating angle of a vane with a high precision.;CONSTITUTION: A gas compressor with an inlet guide vane comprises an impeller(11) and an inlet guide vane(20). The impeller receives and compresses the gas from a suction pipe. The inlet guide vane is installed in the suction pipe and controls the flow rate of the impeller. The inlet guide vane comprises vanes(21), shafts(22) and a driving part(24). The shafts are respectively connected to the vanes. The driving part is combined with the shafts and drives them at the same time. The driving part controls each rotating angle of the vanes and opens and closes the flow path of the suction pipe.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
