PURPOSE: A method for configuring user-created location-based service contents, and an open location-based service system based on the contents are provided to configure a new user-created location-based service contents. CONSTITUTION: A contents generating unit(110) enables a user to combine at least one location/route information for an interesting place with detailed information about the interesting place. The contents generating unit enables the user to configure location-based service contents. A contents distributing unit(200) distributes the location-based service contents generated by the user. A contents reproducing unit(310) reproduces the location-based service contents downloaded from a sharing storage of a network or received from another user.
