NON-DISCHARGE PALM OIL MILL EFFLUENT TREATING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR TREATING PALM OIL MILL EFFLUENT USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A processing device of a palm oil effluent without discharging is provided to recycle separated oil, sludge and finally processed water, and processing BOD, COD, SS, T-N,T-P and color. CONSTITUTION: A processing device of a palm oil effluent without discharging comprises the following: a cooling tank controlling the temperature of the palm oil effluent; a three-phase separation decanter separating the palm oil effluent into oil, sludge and filtered water; an anaerobic tank removing nutritive salts and solid materials in the filtered water; an aerobic tank removing the nutritive salts and the solid materials remained from the anaerobic tank; a settling type film tank separating the solid materials remained from the aerobic tank; a concentrating tank temporarily storing the solid materials and returning the solid materials to the outside or the cooling tank.
