PURPOSE: An environmental friendly type artificial rock block and a method of manufacture thereof, and a structure using the same and a construction method thereof are provided to minimize the interval of blocks by assembling the blocks in a meshing mode. CONSTITUTION: A method manufacture of an environmental friendly type artificial rock block comprises: a step of burying caisson in underwater and pouring concrete; a step of forming a foundation by protruding a reinforcing bar; a step of mounting a main structure and an upper structure on the upper structure of the foundation; a step of mounting a main frame(28) on the upper structure; a step of inserting an artificial rock block(20) into the field in which an artificial rock block is constructed; and a step of inserting and fixing upper fixing anchor(32).
