摘要
Intermolecular contact surface characterization involves enriching single monomer or combinations of monomer units with magnetically active stable isotopes for heteronuclear correlation spectroscopy in samples of synthetic and biological polymers including proteins, nucleic acids, glycans and their compounds. The intermolecular contact area is determined by combinatorial process. The resulting NMR spectra show signals of corresponding isotope-labeled monomer.
