The machine has moving carriages (21) positioned with respect to a rotational axle (10) of a rotational support (11) that is made of non-magnetic material, where magnetic field effects on the carriages generate torque by simple gravity at the support. Two tubes (12) are carried by the rotational support, where the tubes include dampers (14), retaining pawls (15) and sliders (13) that guide the carriages. The carriages are imperatively provided in a medium to ensure perfect mechanical symmetry of the tubes when each carriage passes from an end of each tube to another end of each tube.
