The system has an elongated implant (10) equipped in a tunnel (T1) formed through a tibia (T), where the implant includes a distal part (16), a proximal part (14) and an osseous transfixing anchor rod (40) along longitudinal direction (X-X). The distal part (16) is provided with an eyelet (28) for reception of a loop (2A) formed by a purely tendinous transplant (2). The proximal part is provided with a through hole (22) extending transversal to a longitudinal direction of the implant. The osseous transfixing anchor rod is partly inserted in the through hole. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a surgical instrumentation assembly for placing a purely tendinous transplant tibial fixation system in tibia (2) an assembly for reconstruction of an anterior cruciate ligament of a human knee, including a purely tendinous transplant tibial fixation system.
