PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary creel of a partial warper for pattern warps, enhanced in measurement accuracy, to provide a pattern warper for pattern warps, and to provide a method for measuring bobbin diameters.;SOLUTION: The rotary creel of the partial warper (1) for the pattern warps includes supporters (9, 10) supported in a state capable of being rotated on a rotation axis, includes a plurality of bobbin-mounting portions (11) arranged on the supporters, and includes a sensor device (18) capable of detecting the filling degrees of bobbins (12, 13) arranged in the bobbin-mounting portions (11).
