PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably switch quick charging and trickle charging without enlarging a device in an elevator power supply control device having a storage battery supplying electric power at power failure.;SOLUTION: The elevator power supply control device includes a converter 2 generating electric power supplied to an electric motor 5 for lifting and lowering a car 7 based on a power supply supplied from the outside and a PWM inverter 4; the storage battery 17 supplying the power supply to the PWM inverter 4 at power failure; a control power supply 12 for charging the storage battery 17 based on the power supply supplied from the outside, a trickle charging resistor 15, a quick charging resistor 16; and a charging switching part for controlling a charging mode. The charging switching part can switch trickle charging and quick charging, and switches trickle charging and quick charging based on residual capacity of the storage battery 17 when power interruption is recovered.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
