PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquefied gas fuel supply system facilitating regulation of liquefied gas temperature and reducing installation cost, a method for operating the liquefied gas fuel supply system, a liquefied gas carrier provided with the liquefied gas fuel supply system, and a liquefied gas storage installation provided with the liquefied gas fuel supply system. PSOLUTION: This liquefied gas fuel supply system 1 includes first heat exchangers 2a, 2b performing heat exchange between liquefied gas and steam, and second heat exchangers 3a, 3b performing heat exchange between a heat medium and the liquefied gas led out of the first heat exchangers 2a, 2b. In the system 1, the heat medium supplied to each of the second heat exchangers 3a, 3b is heat-exchanged by a drain generated by performing heat exchange between the liquefied gas and steam of the first heat exchangers 2a, 2b.
