PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance convenience of a voice synthesizing user, while protecting copyright and related rights of a speaker in a sentence including an utterance forbidden word, when text data are voice synthesized with voice of the speaker who is protected by the copyright. PSOLUTION: The sentence in which the utterance forbidden word is not included, is voice synthesized with the voice of the speaker selected by a user. In the case of the sentence in which the utterance forbidden word is included, when the utterance forbidden word is offensive to public order and morals, the utterance forbidden word part is replaced with beep sound etc., otherwise, when it is the utterance forbidden word in which utterance is forbidden due to speaker's own circumstances, another speaker whose utterance of the word is not forbidden is searched, and voice information for voice synthesizing is collected from the voice data base of the other speaker, and the utterance forbidden word is voice synthesized with voice of the other speaker.
