METHOD OF THERMALLY REVENTING A TRANS-PARENT OXIDE COATING (TCO) COATED ARTICLE USING FLAME (S) IN ADJACENT TCO REVENUE OVEN TO BURN OXYGEN AND PRODUCT USING THE SAME. The present invention relates to a method of producing a coated article including a transparent conductive oxide (TCO) film supported by a glass substrate. In certain exemplary embodiments, the coated article including the TCO film on the glass substrate is thermally tempered in a tempering furnace. In certain example embodiments, during tempering, flames are provided near the exposed surface of the TCO to burn excess oxygen near the surface of the TCO thus preventing or reducing oxidation of the TCO during the tempering process. A thermally tempered coated article made of such a product is also provided.
