The present invention refers to a new type heat alternator of a solar water-heater, where a second container of a close circuit (3), which encloses the container o fthe water in use (4) surroundingit completely by the liquid means for transporting heat, is used as such. This liquid enters from the collectors, through the inlet of the closed circuit 8 and by the aid of ducts it ascends to the upper part of the boiler where the exchange of heat, towards the water being used, is effected. After it has been completed the liquid that has been cooled comes out from the outlets of the closed circuit 7 directed again towards the collectors in order to repeat its cycle. With the new type heat alternator additional space is created so that we can move the resistance 5 to the container of the closed circuit (3) for preventing the deposition of corrosive salts.
