Palladium doped hydrogen form of a zeolite for adsorption of volatile organic compounds from organic matter

Disclosed is the use of palladium doped hydrogen-ZSM-S to adsorb volatile organic compounds (VOCs) derived from organic matter (such as perishable organic goods including food products, vegetables, horticultural produce e.g. plants and cut flowers), wherein the Si:AI ratio of the hydrogen-ZSM-S is less than or equal to 100:1. Also disclosed is a label, sachet or ink comprising palladium doped hydrogen-ZSM-5, wherein the Si:Al ratio of the ZSM-5 is less than or equal to 100:1 and the palladium comprises from 0.1 wt% to 10.0 wt% based on the total weight of the doped hydrogen-ZSM-5, wherein the label, sachet or ink is used with a VOC indicator.
