A method for birth of one of two or more calves per cow comprises the hormone treatment and superovulation. Then the mature cow ovules are removed and fertilized. Around each of the removed cow mature ovules isolated limited space is formed. The fertilization of each ovule is performed in its isolated limited space. The resulting zygotes are introduced into both uterine horns of the cow.
