Disclosed is an image display device which is provided with: an image reproduction unit which reproduces a series of time-series images; an operation unit for inputting an operation to interpret an image in the reproduction by the image reproduction unit; a radiographic interpretation work recording unit which records, in sequence, operation contents inputted from the operation unit to the image in the reproduction by the image reproduction unit; a radiographic interpretation work image generation unit which generates a series of images according to the sequence by use of the operation contents recorded by the radiographic interpretation work recording unit; and a radiographic interpretation work image display unit which displays the images generated by the radiographic interpretation work image generation unit.
