PURPOSE: A low-carbon high early strength concrete binder composition, low carbon high early strength concrete using thereof, and a producing method thereof are provided to prevent the cracking of concrete by using a large amount of fly ash and blast furnace slag micro powder. CONSTITUTION: A low-carbon high early strength concrete binder composition contains 29~63.9wt% of blast furnace slag micro powder, 25~35wt% of fly ash, 5~15wt% of portland cement, 5~15wt% of corpuscle cement, 1~5wt% of highly pulverized limestone powder, and 0.1~1wt% of alkali irritant selected from the group consisting of NaOH, Na2CO3, Na2SiO2, and Ca(OH)2. The concrete binder composition additionally contains 3~7 parts of reject ash by weight for 100 parts of composition by weight.
