A joining bracket(10) is connected to a steel post(20). A steel beam(30) is connected to the joining bracket. A plurality of shear connectors(14) are installed on the top of the steel beam. A min bar is arranged on the gap between bent steel plates around the steel post. Tie bars are arranged along the length of the main bar at given intervals. End reinforcement is arranged across the steel post on the upper part of the joining bracket, which has been bonded to both sides of the steel post. A form is installed.
