PURPOSE: A compounds fertilizing technique, an energy recovery technique, and a material stabilization technique are provided to prevent the generation of a global warming phenomenon by decomposing organic-inorganic materials and salinity. CONSTITUTION: Pulverized environmental pollution materials are mixed with calcium carbonate, and calcium hydroxide or calcium oxide. The mixture is mixed with zeolite, montmorillonite, bentonite, and yellow soil. The absorbent reaction of the zeolite, montmorillonite, and bentonite is generated due to ion exchange. Energy with high temperature is generated to decompose organic-inorganic materials and salinity.
