DECISION METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR RULE-BASED PHYSICAL ACTIVITY STATUS USING ROUGH SETS

PURPOSE: A decision method and a system for a rule-based physical activity status using rough sets are provided to remove duplicated attribute values between reduced reference by applying rough set to determining the physical activity of a subject. CONSTITUTION: A sensor node(100) is attached to the body of a subject and generates a sensing signal according to the physical activity of the subject. A determination device(200) detects the physical activity of the subject corresponding to the sensing signal from the sensing node based on a reference table. The reference table extracts the domain of input properties through rough sets, search an internal range corresponding to an output level, and divides data points to detect a discrete range.
