PURPOSE: A coupling device of vehicle black box is provided to control setting angle for travel information collection by controlling the installation angle of a black box even after the installation is completed.;CONSTITUTION: A coupling device of vehicle black box comprises a binding hole(110) and a connection plate(120). The binding hole is composed of a hemi spherical connection part(111), a guide part(112), and a locking projection part. The hemi spherical connection part is perpendicularly projected on the rear side of a lower case. The locking projection part is perpendicularly projected in the rear side of the lower case. The connection plates are composed of a bolt engagement hole and a rotational plate. The rotational plate is inserted into the connection piece.
