PURPOSE: An image recording control device and method in a vehicle black-box are provided to enhance the monitoring and storing performance of the vehicle black-box since the reasons for vehicle accidents can be more accurately determined.;CONSTITUTION: A vehicle navigation device(100) comprises a first communication unit(110), an input(120), a first sensing unit(130), an output(140) and a first controller(170). The first communication unit enables the vehicle navigation device to communicate with other device. The first communication unit gets position data through a GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System). The input changes the physical input from the outside of the vehicle navigation device into a specific electrical signal. The input comprises a user input module(121) and a first microphone module(123). The first sensing unit senses the current state of the vehicle navigation device.
