SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MEASURING THE AIR GAP OF A SAMPLE USING A CT DEVICE AND A STANDARD SAMPLE CAPABLE OF MEASURING THE AIR GAP RATE OF A MEASURING SAMPLE BY CALCULATING THE NUMBER OF PIXELS WITHIN THE COUNT RAGE OF A CROSS-SECTIONAL IMAGE AND THE NUMBER OF PIXELS WITHIN THE GRAY LEVEL RANGE OF THE AIR GAP
PURPOSE: System and method for measuring the air gap of a sample using a CT device and a standard sample are provided to reliably measure the air gap rate of a measuring sample since the gray level range of a part determined as an air gap from the cross-sectional image of a standard sample is obtained ant then the corresponding range is applied to the measuring sample.;CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring the air gap of a sample using a CT device and a standard sample is as follows. An operating signal is transferred to a sample rotating motor(420) by an operating-signal transmitting unit(510) to rotate a sample rotating unit(310). A CT beam transmitting signal is transmitted to a CT beam transmitting unit(100). The cross-sectional images of a measuring sample and the standard sample analyzed from a detector by an image taking unit(520) are obtained. The cross-sectional images obtained by the image taking unit are stored in an image storage unit(530).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
