FIELD: transport.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil-and-gas industry. Proposed platform is provided with ice breaker and wedge-shaped safety belt arranged on platform outer side, at its bottom and all along platform edges. Wedge face inclination angle makes 5°-85°. Drilling pipe string with cylinders and string with provisional sea well casing pipes with cylinders filled with nitrogen gas or inert gas are lowered on sea bed in drilling soft rocks. Strip top is secured to floating platform. After feeding clay drilling mud, well is drilled in soft rock by drill pipe string using bore bit. Drilling over, said string is lifted onto platform and used fro drilling another well. Permanent sea well case pipe string is mounted and jointed with floating platform. Drilling in hard rock to gas- and oil-bearing beds is performed with smaller-diameter bore bit and drilling pipes with cylinders.;EFFECT: higher safety.;4 dwg
