FIELD: personal use articles.;SUBSTANCE: loading device for development of a controlled load for physical exercise comprises a group of selected weights, which are installed with the possibility to select each weight from the specified group and its inclusion into the controlled load. The load selection facility is arranged adjacently with the selected weight. The load selection facility comprises a group of drives, which correspond to each selected weight installed with the possibility of ensuring inclusion of the corresponding selected weight into the composition of the controlled load as one appropriate drive starts. The method to vary the load in the training device includes displacement of the load selection facility into the specified position, disconnection of the first set of weights as the load selection facility is in the specified position, and connection of the second set of weights, which comprises separate weights, with at least three various corresponding load values, if the load selection facility is in the specified position.;EFFECT: using this group of inventions will make it possible to vary load with account of a short-term muscle failure.;13 cl, 8 dwg
