The system has a main metering system (1) and an auxiliary metering system (2) mounted on a fuel supply circuit (3). An actuation motor actuates the main metering system. Another actuation motor actuates the auxiliary metering system. A controller (10) controls fuel injected into an engine by an intermediary of the main metering system under a normal operation. The latter actuation motor is controlled by an injected fuel flow control module (21) for receiving a value of an operation parameter of another engine in a normal mode and of the former engine in a back-up mode.
