The device has a casing (1) for enclosing plants, where a lower part (1B) of the casing is partially installed in ground and an upper part (1A) of the casing is arranged in a manner to access aerial parts of the plants. A tubular element (2) is provided with a deformable tubular wall in axial compression direction, and a fixing unit (4) i.e. elastically deformable fixing unit, fixes the tubular element to a tying-up support structure. Hooking zones (6) are connected between fixing zones (5) by an elastically deformable connection (7).
