The method of developing carbon nanotubes (CNT), comprises depositing a network (2, 3) of CNT on a substrate (1), and irradiating the CNT network by laser impulsion having power of 10 12W/m 2for 30 ns. The laser impulsion is carried out using krypton fluoride exciplex or excimer UV laser. The integrated flux during the laser impulsion is 80-100 mJ/cm 2. The deposition of CNT is carried out by spraying, filtration or tempering, where the time for spraying 65-75 seconds. The CNT network is doped with an electro-attractive doping agent including nitric acid and thionyl chloride.
