PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately find a potential class of a user group of a communication terminal accessing to information and an attribute probability of the user group to the potential class.;SOLUTION: A potential class analysis device 30 stores a URL dictionary formed by associating URLs with categories to which information stored in the URLs belongs. The potential class analysis device 30 extracts URLs included in an access history for every user IDs, then extracts URLs described in the URL dictionary from the URLs; specifies, from the URLs, URLs in which the category associated therewith in the URL dictionary is in common in a superordinate concept; and extracts URLs associated with the superordinate concept from the specified URLs.
