PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stainless steel high-strength bolt which is excellent in stress corrosion resistance, corrosion resistance and strength while maintaining bolt processability by controlling a processing rate and the heat treatment of component of two-phase stainless steel and the bolt.;SOLUTION: The stainless steel high-strength bolt is characterized in that the bolt contains, by mass, 0.003 to 0.05% of C, 0.1 to 2.0% of Si, 0.1 to 5.0% of Mn, 0.04% or lower of P, 0.01% of lower of S, 3.0 to 9.0% of Ni, 19.0 to 30.0% of Cr, 1.0% excess and 4.0% or lower of Mo, and 0.05 to 0.30% of N, a balance Fe with substantially inevitable impurities, an F-value of an (a) formula is 35 to 80, tensile strength is 1,000 to 1,300 MPa, and tensile yield strength is 800 to 1,200 Mpa.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
