PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seismometer, a seismometer system, an earthquake alarm issuing method and a program, capable of estimating a range requiring an alarm, and capable of calculating highly reliably the range requiring the alarm.;SOLUTION: The seismometer 3 includes an acceleration sensor 7 and a processor 9. The acceleration sensor 7 measures all the time an acceleration as to each component of two vertical-directional and horizontal-directional (meridional and zonal) components, and acquires an acceleration value to be transmitted to the processor 9.
