PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive future information as history by binary system using a mew-type neutrino.;SOLUTION: Future information is made easy to go back to history by emitting the mew-type neutrino from an accelerator by a binary system and exceeding the light speed based on the relativity theory.
