PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an accurate modal model, in formation of a modal model of a structure and vibration analysis using the modal model. PSOLUTION: A tire/wheel assembly is divided to a wheel and a tire (step S201). A modal model of the wheel is formed (step S205), and combined with a tire model to form a partial structure model (step S206). Characteristic value analysis is executed to the partial structure model (step S209) in a condition in which the freedom of at least elastic mode of the modal model of the wheel constituting the partial structure model is constrained (step S208), and a modal model of the tire/wheel assembly is formed by constrained mode method (step S210).
