PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer amount regulation blade structure that improves working efficiency, is manufactured inexpensively and has excellent flatness which is hardly influenced by environmental variation even when different material is used.;SOLUTION: The developer amount regulation blade structure 10 is equipped with: a thin regulation blade plate 13 extended in the longitudinal direction of a developer bearer and configured to regulate a layer thickness of developer on the developer bearer; a holding member 11 configured to hold the regulation blade plate 13 while specifying the positional relation of the regulation blade plate 13 to the developer bearer; and an interposing plate 12 configured to sandwich the regulation blade plate 13 in cooperation with the holding member 11; wherein at least either the interposing plate 12 or the holding member 11 is made of a plastically deformable material, and the interposing plate 12 and the holding member 11 are joined while sandwiching the regulation blade plate 13 by at least two or more plastically deformed portions separated from each other in the longitudinal direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
