PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrooptical device that keeps insulation between wirings, even when a display panel becomes a high definition type and a density of the wiring becomes high, and to provide an electronic apparatus.;SOLUTION: The electrooptical device includes: a substrate 1 having a display region 1b; and an extension region 1a extended from the display region 1b, wherein the wiring S (or G) are disposed on the extension region 1a and, among the wirings, at least part of adjacent wirings S1 and S2 (or G1 and G2) are disposed together on a plurality of different layers I1 and I2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
