PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marker for judging renal function or judging the effect or influence of a carcinostatic agent, and to provide a judging method using the same.;SOLUTION: A carcinostatic agent necessary for repeated administration is such one as to cause renal function decline; the level of carbonic anhydrase II(EC4.2.1.1) in the urine sampled from a patient administered with the above carcinostatic agent is measured; thereby the renal function of the patient is judged; based on the result, the effect or influence of the carcinostatic agent thus administered is judged accurately.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
