The present invention is directed to enhance recovery from articular damage. The composition may be transplanted directly to the joint (intra-articularly) during the therapy. The methods of the present invention provides for expedited recovery from joint pain and/or reversal of disease such as osteoarthritis. The PRP and MSCs combination help MSCs to differentiate into desired cell type (such as cartilaginous tissue, chondrocytes or synoviocytes). PRP will support MSC with production of proteins and growth factors, ,-.11 of which aid in tissue regeneration, repair, stabilization, lubrication, and pain reduction.
