A system and method for managing the voice of stakeholders A system suitable and customised for all situations depending on the type of targeted group of stakehoiders, the type of the listening campaign, and the type of voice concerned parties For-profit or not for profit organisations, public, political institutions, and governments are aiming to ensure a higher competitive advantage in very fast-moving contexts. They are continuously looking for insights, updates, and/or comments about their levels of performances from outside and more precisely from their stakeholders customers, employees, client-citizens, shareholders, suppliers and/or any other group that is able to influence directly or indirectly the performance of organisation's product and/or service delivery Therefore, it is important to manage carefully the voice of the stakeholders by employing a dedicated eXtended Stakeholder Voice Management System. An XVM may be composed at least by three key components. 1- PoL: Point of Listening available temporarily or permanently depending on the type of the targeted group of stakeholaers, the type of voice concerned parties and/or the type of the listening campaign. PoLs may be fixed and installed at a plurality of places and/or handheld units where a participant stakeholder may submit his voice in a very anonymous, secure, transparent and real time way. 2- VCS: Stakeholder Voice Collection and Treatment Server is a central component in the XVM. It collects in real-time all voices and/or opinions from a specific group of stakeholders, generates anonym and unique submission 10 for every participant stakeholder and computes the results based on the voice of the majority. 3- SVD: Stakeholder Voice Display: This unit displays for the voice concerned parties the final results and/or the progress level of any voice listening campaign. The participant stakeholder may interact directly with SVD in order to verify the accuracy of his submitted voice according to legai requirements of certain voice listening campaign.
