METHOD FOR THE MASS EMERGENCY EVACUATION OF PASSENGERS FROM AIR TRANSPORT AND AEROPLANE WITH EQUIPMENT FOR RESCUING PASSENGERS IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION

The inventions relate to aviation, specifically to methods for rescuing passengers from air transport. The method for the emergency evacuation of passengers from air transport is based on the use of a salon in the form of separate hermetic capsules with parachutes. Use is made of air transport which has inter-capsule passages and is equipped with hatches intended for each specific capsule, tubular guides which are fixed on flexible supports, and a pneumatic battery. In an emergency situation, the connecting inter-capsule passages are uncoupled, after which the passengers are automatically secured in passenger seats in the capsule. The capsules are ejected upon opening of the hatches. External capsule safety cushions are opened upon automatic opening of the parachute. An aeroplane with equipment for rescuing passengers comprises an emergency hatch in the fuselage and capsules containing passenger seats. Each capsule is equipped with devices for movement along the fuselage in the direction of the emergency hatch, retarding parachutes, shock-absorbing devices and individual life support means for the passengers, control devices for planning in flight and for controlling the parachute shroud lines. The inventions are directed towards expanding the range of emergency situations in which a mass safe rescue of passengers is achieved.
